The Secretariat of GDDIA is subordinated to the General Director of GDDIA and is responsible for: 

• The bureautechnical support of the General Directorate for Defense Investments and Armaments.
• The dispatch of its correspondence.  
• The administrative issues of the personnel of GDDIA.
